Real People Care is a small team by design. With three caregivers serving fifty clients across Detroit, we know every resident by name, every family by voice, and every care plan by heart. That is not a limitation. It is the whole point.
We started this company because we watched elder care become an industry of clipboards and shift changes, where the person receiving care became a room number. We believe the opposite is possible: care that stays personal, families that stay informed, and seniors who keep their dignity, their routines, and their joy.
